Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instruction: For optimum flavor, refrigerate and prepare within 3 days or freeze for no more than 30 days. If thawing in microwave, remove product from all packaging and use microwave approved containers only. For all suggested cooking methods, cook thawed links until center is no longer pink and the internal temperature has achieved 170 degrees F. Grill: Place links on rack 7 to 9 inches above medium flame. Cook thoroughly, turning links often, 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Broil: Place links on broiler rack 7 to 9 inches below heating element. Broil until golden brown, about 10-12 minutes each side. Pan Fry: Place 3 Tbsp. water and links in medium-hot pan. Cover, heat for 10-12 minutes. Remove cover, cook 15-17 minutes longer, until browned. Previously handled frozen. Refreeze or keep refrigerated.
