Cooking Directions: 1. Place 1 cup of rice in a saucepan. 2. Add 1-1/2 cups of water, bring to a boil and stir. 3. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 15 minutes, or until moisture is absorbed. 4. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 minutes. 5. Fluff with fork and serve. For a drier rice use slightly less water.
