Microwave Instructions: To cook Flav-R-Pac Roasted Red Potato Blend, place frozen vegetables in a covered microwave safe dish. For lower wattage ovens, cook on high for 4 minutes. Stir and cook on high an additional 4 minutes. Allow to stand 1 minutes. For ovens greater than 1100 watts, cook on high for 3 minutes. Stir and cook on high an additional 3 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minutes. Note: Microwave cooking times may vary depending on me appliance used. Stove Top Instructions: Heat a frying pan and 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat and add Flav-R-Pac Roasted Red Potato Blend; cover and cook for 8 - 10 minutes stirring frequently. For food and quality, cook to a temperature of 165 degrees F. Do not refreeze! Keep frozen.
