Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Stovetop: Cook bacon in a skillet over a medium to medium-high heat until browned and crisp, turning to brown evenly. Microwave: Arrange slices in single layer between paper towels in microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high (100% power) for 60 to 70 seconds per slice. If cooking more than 4 slices, tum dish and rearrange slices half way through cooking. Note: cooking times will vary depending on your microwave oven. A thermometer cannot be used to probe bacon due to the inadequate depth of the product. For food safety, cook all pork products to a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Perishable.
