Instructions: 1. With your hands locate the inner fluid bag and squeeze firmly until inner bag breaks. 2. Bag will start to become cold immediately. Shake bag briefly to mix contents. 3. Insert pack into soft pouch provided. Apply to injured area. 4. Remove the cold pack after 20 minutes and discard. Do not reuse!
